Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Customer

We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both customers and our drivers.

More than 48 hours before pickup
100% Refund
24 to 48 hours before pickup
50% Refund
Less than 24 hours before pickup
No Refund

2. Cancellation by Taxi for Pet

In the unlikely event that we must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances — such as driver unavailability, severe weather, or vehicle breakdown — you will receive a 100% refund of all amounts paid. We will also make every effort to arrange alternative transportation if desired.

3. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time without any penalty, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of pickup may be treated as a cancellation and new booking.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.

To cancel a booking or request a refund, please contact our support team as early as possible at booking@taxiforpet.com or call +91 9157576555. Mention your booking reference ID for faster processing.
