Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Customer
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our drivers.
- More than 48 hours before pickup: Full refund of any deposit or prepayment, minus a small processing fee (if applicable).
- 24 to 48 hours before pickup: 50% refund of the deposit or booking fee.
- Less than 24 hours before pickup: No refund will be issued.
2. Cancellation by PawRide
In the unlikely event that we must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., driver unavailability, severe weather, vehicle breakdown), you will receive a 100% refund of all monies paid. We will also make every effort to arrange alternative transportation if desired.
3. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time without penalty, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of pickup may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking.
4. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days of the cancellation request approval.
