PawRide provides pet transportation services connecting pet owners with professional drivers and handlers. We facilitate the safe transport of pets between designated locations.

3. User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate information about their pets, including health status and behavior.
• All pets must have up-to-date vaccinations as required by law.
• Users are responsible for providing a secure crate or carrier unless otherwise arranged.
• Users must ensure someone is available for pickup and drop-off at the scheduled times.

4. Booking and Payment

Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or deposit as specified. Prices are subject to change based on distance, pet size, and specific requirements.

5. Cancellation and Modifications

Changes to bookings must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations may be subject to a fee as outlined in our Refund Policy.

6. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your pet, PawRide is not liable for illness, injury, or death of a pet due to pre-existing conditions, natural causes, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
