2. Service Description
Taxi for Pet provides safe and reliable intercity pet transportation services across India. We offer door-to-door pickup and drop-off for dogs, cats, and other domestic pets, with trained handlers and AC vehicles. Services include one-way, round-trip, and customised intercity routes.
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of our service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your pet including health status, vaccination records, weight, and temperament.
- Ensure all pets have up-to-date vaccinations as required by law and our service guidelines.
- Be available at the agreed pickup address at the scheduled time.
- Ensure someone is present at the drop-off address to receive the pet.
- Notify us of any special medical or behavioural needs of your pet before travel.
4. Booking and Payment
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or an authorised deposit as specified at the time of booking. Prices are determined by distance, vehicle type, pet size, and specific route requirements and are subject to change.
5. Cancellation and Modifications

6. Liability
Taxi for Pet takes every possible precaution to ensure the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of your pet during transport. However, we are not liable for illness, injury, or adverse events arising from pre-existing medical conditions, the pet's natural behaviour, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We strongly recommend pet insurance for long-distance travel.
